Catter Menthis – Round table
Here is an excellent model entitled “Catter Menthis”.
Here is the final model (or close to it) to Dagoneds very sweet zbrush character design. Very awesome indeed. I’ll be keeping an eye out for some more zbrush tutorials painting models next I think. If you have any, send them in!
Just wanted to put a quick mention up on this great art exhibit by Alan Resnick. “It’s all about Alan” showcases some really interesting and provoking art that was (in part or fully?) design in zbrush and machined off by a 3D printer type of fandangled machinery. Anyways, it is absolutely worth a look see. Also posted in the zbrushcentral community.
Getting close to the end now! In part 6 we get more detail in the hair and face and upper torso. As a side note, if anyone knows of any cool zbrush competitions going on, or if you have a zbrush tutorial you would like to share, let me know and I’ll promo them here!
Have a look at this beauty! Wow! This is a great model from Lil’sister in the zbrushcentral community. This thing really has teeth! Have a look at this fantastic, fast video of zbrushing teeth and critter!

More clothing detail and some accessories on the arms in this zbrush tutorial.
Moving on, here is part 4 of Dagoneds tutorial. Here we see some touch ups on the pants, and muscles. Then he goes into some really great hand and arm detail. Have a look for yourself!
Ok, back to this months featured tutorial. Here is part 3 of Dagoneds character design. Here you can get into some very good detail zbrushing on stuff like boots, pants and some more cloth working. So far, I’m really impressed with this. One thing I would like to see more of though in these, are some audio commentary (post production) by the artist. OR some sick beats.
So, you may know this already as I’m a little slow on the gun here, but Gnomon Workshop is now offering all their fantastic training DVD via downloads now (paid of course)! This is very cool as the first DVD I orderd from them, and Introduction to Zbrush 3, cost a lot of money and took a seemingly long time to reach me! I really like this new download idea as the training sessions are now more accessible.
Of course, there is alos the Gnomology training via downloads along with resources and stuff. While these are very cost effective they are like little mini training sessions. So there is more and more stuff growing around the zbrush crime wave! I mean revolution. Whatever.
